Wir setzen die neuesten Technologien wie Schmelzblasen, thermische Bindung, Nadelstanzen, chemische Bindung, Nanotechnologie und Nanofasern ein.
Unsere Innenraumluftfilterprodukte bestehen aus feinen Fasern und unsere Medien sind elektrostatisch aufgeladen, was eine erhöhte Submikron-Partikelrückhaltung bei reduziertem Druckabfall ermöglicht. Dieses Material hat einen überlegenen Fraktionswirkungsgrad, eine gute Verarbeitbarkeit und eine stabile Leistung bei hoher Temperatur und Feuchtigkeit. Seine hohe Effizienz und der geringe Luftströmungswiderstand tragen dazu bei, den Schutz für Fahrer und Beifahrer zu erhöhen.
Wir produzieren auch Verbundfiltermedien aus PBT und Zellulosepapier für die Kraftstoff-Wasser-Trennung. Die Verwendung dieses Mediums gewährleistet die Entfernung von Feuchtigkeit aus dem Kraftstoff und verlängert die Lebensdauer des Motors.
Daneben stellen wir auch vollsynthetische Ölmedien her, die mit Drahtgeflechtrücken für die Ölfiltration für den Heavy-Duty-Einsatz und Hydraulikfilter verwendet werden können.
